Advise on fundraising strategy, pitch materials, and investor targeting. Guide us through the initial connection process and support investor communications. Maintain strict confidentiality and work under NDA. Compensation Referral-based: Competitive referral fee (% of investment secured), to be discussed privately. Alternative structures (hourly or milestone-based) open for discussion based on experience and value-add. Requirements -Proven track record in fundraising, investment banking, or venture introductions (particularly in agtech, biotech, or sustainability sectors). -Active, high-quality investor network at pre-seed/seed/Series A stages. -Experience crafting compelling, data-driven narratives and pitch decks. -Professional, discreet, and able to work under NDA.
