I have an existing Vapi account and all calls coming into office go through Vapi assistant we call Tine from Time & People 🙂 All calls currently go to a human who is listed in Ring Central, I need to be able to set up correctly in the connection between Vapi and Ring Central so that i can ask Ring Central in some instances to put a call through the an extension which in Ring central incoudes a group of people and Ring Central rings the group until the call is picked up. I need more than 18 monhts experience with Vapi and a few years of Ring Central experience to handle this job.
