Job Brief – Virtual Assistant / Video Production Assistant (Real Tony Avatar with Voice Clone) Title: VA / Video Production Assistant – Online Course Production with Custom Avatar & Voice Clone Location Preference: Philippines preferred (time zone closer to Perth, Australia), but open to other skilled applicants. ________________________________________ About Us We have developed a Real Estate Agent Lead Generation Course (8 x Modules) that helps agents generate consistent, predictable seller leads every month. All course materials (scripts, slide decks, workbooks, templates) are complete. We now require a skilled Virtual Assistant with video production and AI avatar expertise to turn these materials into professional video modules. The videos will be hosted by a custom avatar of Tony (the course creator), including his cloned voice, to give agents a personal and engaging learning experience. The completed course will be delivered and managed through Kajabi. ________________________________________ Role Overview You will: • Guide Tony through the process of creating a custom AI avatar and voice clone (using platforms such as Synthesia, HeyGen, or D-ID). • Build, manage, and maintain the avatar setup. • Produce high-quality training videos using provided scripts, synced with slides and branding. • Edit, polish, and subtitle all video modules for professional delivery. • Upload and structure the full course inside Kajabi (modules, lessons, quizzes, downloads). • Provide ongoing support for updates, edits, and new modules as the course expands. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Assist with recording Tony’s initial training video and voice samples for cloning. • Create a consistent, branded avatar presenter for all modules. • Turn scripts + slides into engaging avatar-led training videos. • Add captions, branding, transitions, and call-to-actions. • Optimise audio and video quality for smooth playback. • Set up and manage the course inside Kajabi. • Provide weekly updates and meet delivery deadlines. ________________________________________ Requirements • Proven experience with AI avatar platforms (Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID, Colossyan, etc.). • Strong skills in video editing & production (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or similar). • Experience with Kajabi course setup (modules, landing pages, funnels, payments). • Ability to follow scripts and sync visuals with narration. • Strong English (for script editing and subtitles). • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. ________________________________________ Nice to Have • Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) for branded visuals. • Knowledge of eLearning content creation best practices. • Background in real estate or business training. ________________________________________ Hours & Payment • Project-based initially (per module/video). • Potential for long-term monthly retainer as new modules are added plus future social media management of the course. • Please provide: o Your rate per completed module (script to finished video). o OR your monthly retainer fee for ongoing course production. ________________________________________ How to Apply Please include: 1.
