We’re looking for a detail-loving, curious, and creative support person to join our remote team. If you like variety in your week—bouncing from social posts to website updates to making things look on-brand—you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Be Doing - Social Media: Scheduling posts across our platforms (we’ll provide the content). - Email Marketing: Setting up and scheduling campaigns in Kartra. - Website Updates: Light updates only (copy, images, blogs—no heavy design work). - Brand Refresh Tasks: Swapping colours, logos, and simple graphics. You’ll Be Great At This Role If… - You’re a great listener and can follow SOPs, training videos, and team guidance. - You communicate clearly and enjoy being part of a team. - Deadlines don’t scare you—you know how to stay on top of tasks. - You’re naturally curious and excited to learn new tools and skills. 🌟 Bonus Points If You… - Like tinkering with automation tools such as Zapier. - Have played around in ClickUp, Airtable, or GoHighLevel. - Enjoy exploring how different platforms connect and make work smoother. Hours & Flexibility - 5–8 hours per week to start, with opportunities to grow. - Can connect/communicate in AUS time: team huddles at 10:30 AM Mondays, plus Tuesday–Thursday when deadlines apply. Fridays are meeting-free (async work optional).
