Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Admin, Xero, Invoicing & Social Media Amount to be paid : $5 AUD per hour Job Description: We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with ongoing admin tasks and social media management. You’ll be working directly with our team to streamline our processes, keep clients happy, and ensure our social media stays fresh and engaging. Responsibilities: Xero Admin: Enter data, manage transactions, and assist with basic bookkeeping. Invoicing: Create and format invoices in Word and email them to clients promptly. Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts on Facebook and Instagram (weekly posts). Graphics Creation: Design simple, eye-catching graphics for social media posts (Canva or similar tools). General Admin Duties: Handle client communications, basic data entry, and other admin tasks as needed. Requirements: Proven experience with Xero (basic bookkeeping/admin level). Strong admin skills: invoicing, emailing, and record-keeping. Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts. Good eye for design; comfortable creating graphics (Canva or similar). Excellent communication skills in English. Reliable, organized, and proactive. Nice to Have: Familiarity with other accounting/admin tools. Creative approach to social media content. Hours & Budget: This is an ongoing role (part-time to start). We’re flexible with hours but need someone consistent every week. Please include your hourly rate or weekly retainer in your proposal.
