  • As a UI/UX Lead, you will work with a talented and highly collaborative team to develop engaging games for mobile and other platforms. You will be responsible for leading the team, prototyping and producing user interface and experience of our new games with well-known licenses.
  • Responsibilities
  • Leading and mentoring a team of UI developers, UX Designers and UI artists
  • Develop engaging and memorable UX experiences for our games
  • Rapidly prototype as well as produce end results
  • Create high-quality software within industry-standard timelines
  • Ensure first-party service requirements compliance
  • Break down concepts into manageable targets and create tasks for their backlog to accommodate game design requirements
  • Create supplement documentation when required
  • Qualifications
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI and UX development, preferably in the video-game industry
  • Experience in leading and mentoring
  • Good understanding of mainstream programming languages in games development
  • Experience with commercial game engines, preferably Unreal Engine
  • Proficiency with Adobe products is beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with a modern source version-control system (Git, Subversion, or Perforce)
  • Effective communication skills with great interpersonal skills
