MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• * 4 years of experience with interaction designing in product design or UX
• design for consumer-facing products.
• * Experience in designing across multiple platforms (e.g., Android, iOS and
• web) including mobile apps, and working with technical/design teams to create
• user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mock-ups and prototypes.
• * Include a portfolio, website, or any other related link to your work in your
• resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• * Experience with Figma and other related design tools.
• * Experience with emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities.
• * Excellent problem-solving skills with the knowledge of technical constraints
• and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and
• mobile (e.g., Android and iOS).
• * Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate for product
• design strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• * Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional
• stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide solutions.
• * Articulate user journeys with scenarios, storyboards and presentations,
• mock-ups, detailed interaction specifications, and prototypes to communicate
• interaction and design ideas.
• * Partner with User Experience Researcher (UXR) on research hypothesis and
• participate in user research.
• * Contribute to User Experience (UX) goal and strategy, generating buy-in and
• operationalizing the strategy across teams within the timeline as we deliver
• for launch and subsequent product iterations.
• * Drive UX design for the evolution of Google Photos backup, onboarding and
• storage.
