We help sales teams boost performance through competitions, rewards, and coaching. We want to improve **trial onboarding in MySpinify** using **Usetiful** — with the goal of driving **user adoption and demo bookings**. **The Goal (Phase 1):** Create a **blueprint** of all Usetiful items we should implement, including guided tours, tooltips, checklists, and banners — and specify **where in the product** they should appear. **Scope of Work (Phase 1):** * Review MySpinify trial workflow (access provided). * Identify key drop-off points in onboarding. * Recommend a list of Usetiful items: * **Guided Tours** (e.g. first competition setup) * **Smart Tips / Tooltips** (explaining tricky features) * **Checklists** (e.g. “3 steps to launch your first leaderboard”) * **Banners/Nudges** (trial expiry, inactivity, “Book a demo” CTA) * Suggest **placement in product screens** (Competitions, Settings, Dashboard, Reporting, etc.). * Define **trigger logic** (first login, 24h inactivity, feature not used). * Deliver in a **Google Sheet** or Figma: `Feature/Screen → Recommended Usetiful Item → Trigger → CTA → Notes`. **Phase 2 (separate job):** Implement & QA the flows in Usetiful. **Must-Have Experience:** * Proven experience with **digital adoption platforms** (Usetiful, Appcues, Pendo, WalkMe, etc.) * Mapping SaaS trial user journeys & increasing adoption * Deliverables in **Google Sheets / Figma** **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with **sales/CRM SaaS products** * Familiarity with **HubSpot + Usetiful integrations** **What We Provide:** * Onboarding & product context * Access to staging/live MySpinify * Data on trial adoption bottlenecks
