Summary We’re expanding our post-production crew and are looking for a skilled, full-time colour grader to join us long term. This is steady remote work with a consistent flow of feature-length projects each month. You’ll be part of a small, agile team ensuring strong visual continuity and polished final looks. Role Overview *We’re after a colourist with proven feature film experience, comfortable handling: *Colour grading across full-length films *Matching colour and lighting for continuity across shots *Maintaining consistent look and feel across multiple projects *On average, we need 4 films per month, and you’ll collaborate closely with our post supervisor and editorial team. Compensation *Pay: AUD $3,000 per film *Strong performers may be offered a yearly contract plus bonuses *Flexible hours, but reliable delivery on deadlines is essential *100% remote role *What We Value *Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or similar grading software *Sharp eye for detail and consistency across sequences *Clear, well-organized project files stored correctly *Strong communication – we won’t micromanage, but progress check-ins are expected *Willingness to take feedback and adjust work quickly *Bonus: Additional compositing or cleanup ability We’re building a dependable team of artists who care about delivering clean, consistent, high-quality work.
