Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is located on the world famous Cable Beach in Broome, far north Western Australia. Broome is easily accessible by plane to all major Australian cities and offers a relaxed lifestyle with all the conveniences of shops, restaurants, cinemas, hospital and schools. Our property has 233 rooms of varying styles, 4 restaurants, pool side bars, tour desk, resort shop and day spa.

We are currently seeking to employ ten (10) Unqualified Gardeners to join our Landscaping team commencing April 2026. The successful applicants will be employed on a Casual basis, working a minimum of 30 hours per week for a period of up to 9 months.

The position will involve garden and general waste collection, maintaining pathways so they are clear of leaf litter and other rubbish, weeding and basic garden maintenance.

The work you will be doing is hard and physically demanding. It will involve e.g. reaching above your head or bending over for long periods of time. You will be working both indoors and outdoors in hot and humid conditions with temperatures up to 25-45 degrees Celsius. You need to be fit and in good physical condition to do this work.

You will need to be available to work a variety of shifts that include day and afternoon shifts as well as weekend shifts. Though this may change from time to time.
