PBT is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented UK-based contractor to provide fulfilment and stock management services. We will provide a designated storage unit and all necessary equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is already running fulfilment for other customers or managing their own e-commerce fulfilment locally, and is looking to add consistent weekly work. Scope of Work Stock Management - Receive and securely store goods at the designated storage unit and/or your home office. - Keep inventory organised and in good condition. - Order Fulfilment - Ship PBT store orders within the UK and Europe. - Ensure all items are dispatched on time, on a weekly basis. Returns Administration - Receive returns, document them, and update inventory as required. - Stock Receiving and Reporting - Provide a monthly stock take report to PBT by the 5th of each month. Additional Duties (as needed): - Receiving new shipments and stocking them. - Kitting goods (assembling product bundles). - Ordering ongoing supplies (labels, tape, satchels, boxes). - Supporting additional hours during campaign/sales periods (e.g., Black Friday, Back-to-School promotions). Requirements - Must be based in the UK. - Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. - Reliable and able to meet daily shipping commitments. - Experience in fulfilment/logistics is highly desirable. Optional but preferred: Experience with Shopify and ShipStation. Contract & Payment - Weekly payment, rate is negotiable based on experience. - Ongoing contract with regular weekly workload. - Contractor is responsible for their own taxes and insurances.
