About

We are looking for a strong UI Designer / Front-End Developer who can bridge design and code. This is a test project with the potential for ongoing, long-term collaboration. The role: - Take UX flows/wireframes (already defined) and create polished UI designs in Figma. - Translate those UI designs into production-ready React components/CSS (TypeScript preferred, Tailwind/shadcn). - Build components that are clean, reusable, and aligned to design tokens (colours, spacing, typography). - Ensure all components are responsive (desktop + mobile). - Deliver Figma files, React code, and Storybook examples for each component. Initial test project: - Focus: AI UI interface + shortlist display (metric pills, shortlist cards, filters, states). - Timeline: 5-day sprint. - Deliverables: Figma UI + React components + Storybook examples. What we’re looking for: - Hybrid skill set: UI design + React implementation (not just one or the other). - Experience building design systems and working closely with design tokens. - Ability to take wireframes and lift them into polished UI with attention to detail. - Strong React skills (preferably TypeScript, Tailwind/shadcn, Storybook). - Responsive-first mindset, accessibility awareness. Professionalism and discretion, this project must remain confidential. Budget: - Paid in two milestones: 50% kickoff, 50% delivery. If successful, ongoing work across multiple phases (modular design system + full SaaS product UI). How to apply: - Share 2–3 examples of UI designs you’ve created (Figma links, screenshots). - Share 2–3 examples of React components you’ve coded (Storybook, repos, or screenshots). - Briefly explain how you approach taking wireframes → polished UI → reusable React components. Confirm immediate availability (we’re kicking off later this week).
