We’re looking for a reliable and experienced refrigerated truck driver to transport our game meat products between mobile game meat processing sites, depots and customers across NSW. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining the cold chain and ensuring safe, timely deliveries.

You'll be a member of a team that works 7 days on, then takes 7 days off. You’ll experience an attractive work–life balance and enjoy a stable and predictable income, reviewed annually.

Initially located at Brayton NSW, near Marulan for about six months, then expected opportunity for relocation to other areas in NSW.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate refrigerated trucks safely and in accordance with company policies and road regulations
• Transport perishable game meat products to and from mobile facilities, distribution depots and customers
• Maintain consistent temperature control to ensure product quality during transit
• Conduct vehicle inspections, monitor refrigeration systems, and log maintenance requirements
• Secure cargo properly and assist with loading and unloading as required
• Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate driver logs
• Communicate with dispatch to adjust routes and schedules when needed
• Uphold food safety compliance and hygiene standards during loading and delivery
• Deliver with professionalism, maintaining strong client relationships and excellent service

What You’ll Bring
• Valid Class C or higher licence (MR/HR preferred) with a clean driving record
• Experience operating refrigerated trucks (preferred in food or meat transport)
• Solid understanding of cold chain management and food safety in transport
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality handling
• Ability to work independently in remote and changing conditions
• Willingness to work on a rotating roster
• Good communication and time management skills
• First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
