Surfhouse Byron Bay is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused full time Travel Consultant to join our team. We are passionate about delivering memorable travel experiences and exceptional service to our guests from across Australia and around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel planning, bookings, and itineraries
• Provide advice on destinations, accommodation, transport, and activities
• Manage reservations and booking systems efficiently
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve client inquiries
• Stay up to date with travel products and industry trends

Requirements:

• Relevant Qualification
• At least 1 year experience in a travel consultant or customer service role
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and travel industry operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail with problem-solving ability
• Passion for travel and commitment to exceptional service
