HDR’s Transportation Business Group seeks expressions of interest from experienced engineers, planners, designers, and drafters to join our team and contribute to a range of exciting and challenging infrastructure projects. We have opportunities from intermediate through to principal level across the following disciplines

• Highways Engineer
• Structural Engineer – Bridges & Civil Structures
• Drainage Engineer
• Transport Planner
• Civil Designer
• Civil Drafter

• About You

We are seeking motivated and technically proficient professionals who are committed to contributing to high-quality, community-focused infrastructure outcomes. Ideal candidates will bring a combination of the following qualifications, skills and attributes

• Relevant tertiary qualifications appropriate to the position.
• Demonstrated experience working on transportation or civil infrastructure projects, with capability across intermediate, senior or principal levels.
• Technical proficiency in discipline-specific tools and industry standards.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work productively within a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to quality, safety and sustainability.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
• Additional certifications, professional memberships or chartered status are highly regarded.
