I need an experienced Kajabi developer to help move an existing WordPress website over to Kajabi. The goal is to create a central online hub where all content (website pages, newsletters, videos, and courses) can be managed and monetised. The project has two stages. This first job is only for the audit and scoping phase ONLY. If the audit is completed well and the pricing is reasonable, there will be an additional milestone or re-hire for the full migration and course setup. Stage 1 – Audit & Plan (this job) -Check the current WordPress website. -Explain which existing features ofthe site can be done in Kajabi and which cannot. -Suggest extra Kajabi features we should use (like newsletters, memberships, courses, or community). -Write a simple plan that shows the steps to move the site to Kajabi. -Give a clear cost estimate for the full migration and course setup. Stage 2 – Migration & Setup (later job) -Move the full website from WordPress to Kajabi. -Make sure the design, content, and tools (like newsletter signups) are working correctly. -Prepare the backend so it is ready for future courses and memberships. -Set up one test course with a few videos to show how it will work. Deliverables Part 1: -Audit document about what is possible in Kajabi for monetising. -Migration plan and cost estimate. Part 2 (different job): -Full website migration into Kajabi. -One course set up with videos uploaded. Requirements -Experience building websites in Kajabi. -Knowledge of Kajabi courses, memberships, and email marketing. -Understanding and familiar with wordpress -Can explain the process clearly and provide documentation. -Good communication skills and ability to recommend best solutions.
