  • About the role
  • We have an opportunity for a Training Manager to be part of our Client Engagement, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Training Manager oversees and spearhead the planning and execution of various technology-focused project-based learning and development initiatives aimed at enhancing both individual and organisational capacities. These efforts are to be closely aligned with specific project goals, business unit targets, and overarching strategies of NSWPF. This includes delivering training related to information and communication technology (ICT), digital communications, and other technology-driven areas.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, developing and managing training environments, leading and coaching training teams and business SMEs, and coordinating train‑the‑trainer programs. The role also involves managing learning systems, creating role‑based learning pathways, and ensuring high‑quality instructional design across eLearning, classroom,
  • and digital formats. Experience with ERP platforms (SAP preferred), digital adoption tools, and learning technologies will be highly valued.

Technical expertise valued in this role includes

  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP (Finance, Procurement, HR, Recruitment, Rostering).
  • Proficiency with digital adoption and eLearning tools (SAP Enable Now, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
  • Strong capability in learning management systems and advanced MS Office Suite for tracking and reporting

  • Provide an example of how you contributed to the development of future state ERP business processes and learning content to support future state business adoption. Include a description of the process, technology used, the framework established, and the objectives achieved.
