Casual/Permanent Part time (0630/0700 hrs to 1600/1630 hrs)

M & P TSIHLAS PTY LTD is a locally owned company operating in the Transport Industry. We have been in operation for over 30 years and are committed to providing a safe, supportive environment for our employees.
We work across the Metropolitan area.

We are seeking a trainee truck fleet scheduler.

The role:
• Efficiently scheduling deliveries and collections with company owned fleet
• Effectively communicate with drivers
• Offer exceptional customer service
• Always strive to meet customer deadlines
• Be able to alter runs on the go as priorities change
• Accurately input bookings into Electronic Booking System
• Create daily run sheets
• Contribute ways to make the job flow easier

About You:
• Must be computer literate
• Have basic understanding of Word and Excel
• Able to write clearly and work as a team member
• Must listen carefully to instructions from senior schedulers
• Have good Metro knowledge
• Be able to manage multiple priorities
