Berkeley River Lodge is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when required
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with hygiene standards
• Clear tables and ensure dining areas are clean and well-presented at all times
• Assist in setting up and closing down the dining area
• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service

About you:
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar hospitality environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and pairing recommendations
• Excellent personal presentation and a courteous manner
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable attitude
• Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations

Salary:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
