Esteban Restaurant is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat customers in a polite and professional manner
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages to customers at tables
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
• Provide information on menu items and specials when required
• Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate service
• Handle customer complaints or requests professionally
• Process payments and issue receipts as needed

About you:
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
