SMC Cronulla Pty Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Present menus, explain dishes and specials, and answer customer inquiries
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages at tables in accordance with service standards
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of service areas
• Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt service
• Follow all relevant food safety and hygiene standards
• Process payments and provide accurate change as needed

About you:
• At least one year of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per annum.
