Bambini Trust is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
Present menus, explain dishes, and take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the dining area
Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Manage customer enquiries and resolve complaints where necessary
Assist in setting up and closing the dining area
About you:

Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a busy hospitality environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team
Well-groomed and presentable at all times
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Availability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Understanding of workplace hygiene and safety standards
