Officina Gastronomica Italiana is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and seating customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Presenting menus, taking orders and serving food and beverages at tables.
• Advising on menu items and making recommendations when required.
• Ensuring tables are set up, clean and properly maintained throughout service.
• Clearing tables, cleaning work areas and maintaining overall restaurant tidiness.
• Following workplace hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
• Handling customer inquiries and ensuring a high standard of service.

About you:
• Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Waiter/Trade Waiter in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Salary:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
