Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for building customer relationships and driving growth? We're seeking an experienced

Trade Sales Manager to develop new opportunities within the existing and potential trade market. This full-time role is based in Ballarat and reports directly to the Sales Manager.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and improve market strength.

• Provide clear, time-framed action plans to achieve sales and gross profit budgets.

• Build strong relationships and loyalty with trade customers and suppliers.

• Manage quotations and sales orders to ensure timely reporting for both management and customers.

• Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided at all times.

• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
