At Mures Upper Deck, our “hook to plate” philosophy, commitment to sustainability and premium guest experience set us apart. We are looking for experienced Waiters to bring warm, attentive and knowledgeable service to this premier seafood dining destination.
Annual Salary $70,000 - $78,000

Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional food and beverage service, including wine pouring and cocktail preparation, with accurate order-taking and menu recommendations.
Maintain in-depth menu knowledge and share our Hook to Plate philosophy.
Promote Mures-caught seafood and appropriate beverage pairings to enhance the dining experience.
Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests or minor issues promptly.
Prepare and maintain clean, presentable service areas, supporting efficient table turnover.
Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and floor teams to ensure seamless service flow.
Adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), food safety, and workplace health and safety regulations.

About you:
At least 3 years’ experience in a premium or high-volume restaurant environment.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Strong customer service skills and natural rapport with guests.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of seafood, Tasmanian wines, beers and spirits is an advantage but not essential.
Familiarity with reservation and point-of-sale systems is desirable.
