We are seeking a Trade Assistant to join the Townsville team for a premier Australian transport network. This isn't just a workshop job, it’s a role where you will be the face of the brand for fleet partners while ensuring their in-vehicle technology is working perfectly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Technical Support: Install, diagnose, and repair in-vehicle systems, including dispatch equipment, EFTPOS terminals, taxi meters, and security cameras.

• Fleet Maintenance: Conduct network safety inspections and manage vehicle branding and decals.

• Relationship Management: Act as a key contact for regional operators, supporting their growth and ensuring high brand standards.

• Administration: Maintain accurate records of service jobs, customer interactions, and stock levels.
