We are looking for a passionate and organized individual to take on the role of Toys Coordinator. Specific Accountabilities Toy Sorting & Quality Control: Implement an efficient system to sort toy donations promptly, ensuring only high-quality, functional toys are distributed. Volunteer & Staff Support: Provide clear induction and ongoing communication to support volunteers and staff involved in the program. Stock Management: Monitor and organize incoming toy donations to maintain appropriate stock levels. Hamper Preparation: Assemble toy hampers that are age and gender appropriate for families. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Toys and Tucker team members to ensure smooth program operations. Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by following WHS practices and participating in safety activities.
