Position Overview
?Mighty Aussie Adventure is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Tour Guide to join our growing team.
This is a full-time position involving guided marine and land-based tours, guest engagement, and daily tour operations.

Key Responsibilities
? Escort and engage guests on sightseeing, cultural, and adventure tours
* Deliver engaging commentary and ensure a memorable guest experience
* Conduct pre-departure tasks including vehicle inspections and equipment preparation
* Coordinate guest pickups and assist with loading equipment onto vehicles or vessels
* Ensure guest safety and wellbeing at all times, including providing first aid when required
* Assist with tour scheduling, itinerary changes, and logistics
* Maintain accurate guest records and complete daily checklists
* Clean, refuel, and prepare vehicles and equipment at the end of each tour
* Work collaboratively with the operations team

Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience as a tour guide or in a similar customer-facing role
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Australian Driver Licence
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
* Legal right to work in Australia
