Ready Electrical & Air Conditioning are on the hunt for an A+ Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Technician.

We're the Northern Beaches & North Shore's go-to air conditioning team and business is booming. We've got more installs, changeovers and maintenance work than we can keep up with – and big plans heading into 2026.

What we need from you:

• Trade qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic (Cert III or equivalent).
• ARCtick refrigerant handling licence (or close to obtaining it).
• Valid NSW driver licence
• Strong experience with split and ducted installs; VRV/VRF is a bonus.
• Diagnostic skills
• Able to run jobs independently, communicate well and support apprentices.
• High attention to detail – you take pride in your work.
• Great with customers – polite, tidy and respectful.
• Honest, reliable and a solid team player.
• Sales experience a plus
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration work is required.
• Must have existing Australian work authorisation rights.
• Must be based in Australia or New Zealand
