Viper Water Solutions (Holliman Group) is an exciting new Poly Pipe Factory based in Hughenden QLD. Viper Water Solutions manufacture, supply, deliver and install Polythene pipe throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory. Currently we are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Toolmaker.

Duties include:

- Assembling, fitting and repairing tools
- Following engineering drawings to measure and mark out the design for the tool
- Using hand tools such as files, hacksaws and grinders
- Using Machinery such as lathes, presses, milling machines and grinders to cut and shape the tools
- Using computer aided design and manufacturing software
- Using precision measurement instruments such as micrometers, gauges and vernier calipers to check the tool’s dimensions
- Monitoring the tools used on the manufacturing line to ensure efficient run rates and identify the root cause and solve all issues
- Assisting with tool maintenance
- Compiling and maintaining reports

Skills and Experience:

- Certificate III in Engineering- Mechanical Trade or equivalent
- Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience
