• Maintain and prepare equipment to high operational standards, improving asset availability. Support the implementation of reliability initiatives in the business. Track job start/end dates using systems like SAP, ESM, and FLM to coordinate scheduling, stock management, and equipment mobilization for suppliers and service locations. Input data into business systems, assist Job Delivery Leads, and initiate notifications for all stakeholders. Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively. Liaise with coordinators and other teams to enable smooth equipment movement and monitor lead times. Perform administrative duties for import/export and inter-location shipments, both physically and in platforms such as FLM and Ariba. Prepare equipment for operation while working under the guidance of the Job Delivery Lead.
