I am looking for a competent architectural drafter / structural detailer with proven experience in Australian residential/commercial timber framing to prepare internal stud wall drawings for a 12-room motel project. The scope includes: Dimensioned plan and elevation drawings for internal stud walls. Joinery details in line with AS1684 – Residential Timber-Framed Construction. Typical wall details: stud to plate connections, nogging layouts, corner junctions, T-intersections, and door/window openings. Reference to NCC 2022 requirements where applicable (particularly for internal partitions and intertenancy walls). Deliverables in PDF + CAD/DWG formats, clear and ready for builder/contractor use. Requirements: Familiarity with AS1684 timber framing standards. Ability to produce clean, professional construction drawings with Australian terminology. Quick availability and ability to submit within 2–3 days. Preferably previous work samples of stud wall or timber framing details.
