I am seeking a TikTok Marketing Specialist to enhance my community engagement and content strategy. The ideal candidate will be my TikTok guide and offsider, assisting me to build community, identify trends, and edit content. I am an author already running an Instagram account and am finding it impossible to get across TikTok. I would like to have an authentic presence on that platform but I honestly dread using it. I need someone who will keep me accountable, draw up a content plan of posts that can be done without me and ones that require my face/video (which I'm happy to do with guidance), edit videos together, and spend any additional time engaging with my community. If we get along well and the system works, I would be willing to expand involvement to further social media content creation across other platforms.
