We’re looking for a high‑performing Territory Manager to champion our Peripheral Vascular portfolio, based in Sydney, NSW. This is a rare opportunity to build a therapy from the ground up and play a lead role in transforming vascular care across a high‑impact NSW territory. Peripheral Vascular Stryker’s Peripheral Vascular portfolio is part of our fast‑growing vascular business, delivering innovative solutions for patients with venous disease such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). This cutting‑edge therapy enables the removal of large clots without the need for thrombolytics, helping patients recover faster and more safely. What you’ll do Own a Sydney‑based territory, with the majority of accounts across South Sydney, Western Sydney, and the South Coast Build deep hospital networks and earn trust with physicians across key public hospitals Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets Identify and convert new business opportunities, particularly within public hospital systems Support the majority of cases in person, acting as a trusted partner in the procedure room Conduct product demonstrations, education sessions, and training programs to promote Peripheral Vascular solutions Navigate complex hospital environments and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive therapy adoption What we’re looking for Required Proven success in a medical device or healthcare sales role, consistently achieving or exceeding targets Strong business development mindset with the ability to open new accounts and build therapy adoption High levels of resilience, tenacity, and patience — this is a long‑term build, not a quick win Demonstrated clinical aptitude with the ability to learn and confidently support highly technical products Willingness to work irregular hours, including responding quickly to unplanned or urgent cases Ability to operate autonomously across a geographically spread territory Preferred Experience selling into NSW public hospital systems Background in vascular, interventional, cardiology, or cath‑lab environments Experience launching or growing a new therapy or portfolio Strong stakeholder management skills across physicians, nursing, procurement, and hospital leadership Why join us? These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
