The Role As a Territory Manager, you will take full ownership of your patch, managing and growing our Endoscopy business across several key hospitals in North Sydney. This portfolio includes our full range of surgical visualisation technology, including camera stacks, surgical monitors and scopes. You’ll work closely with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to deliver visualisation solutions that enhance surgical precision and improve patient outcomes. You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team that’s passionate about innovation and making a difference in the operating theatre. Learn more about our Endoscopy portfolio: https://www.stryker.com/us/en/endoscopy/products/1788-platform.html Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and market share by achieving territory targets and business objectives Build strong, trusted relationships with surgeons, nursing staff and hospital stakeholders Provide in-theatre support and product expertise during surgical procedures Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and support for your accounts Identify new business opportunities and strategically partner with other Stryker divisions Solve complex challenges with creativity, agility, and commercial acumen What we're looking for Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a consistent track record of achieving targets. Customer-centricity and the commercial acumen to strategically grow your territory. Skilled in analysing data or trends for the purposes of planning, forecasting and identifying sales opportunities. Negotiation, presentation and communication skills to effectively build relationships across numerous functions within a hospital. Experience with building and or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs. Preferred Sales experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Scientific or other related health industry. Comprehensive understanding of both the public and private hospital sectors. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
