We are looking for an experienced professional to design and implement a cost-effective telephony solution for our customer support team. Our Requirements: - Inbound & outbound voice calls and SMS capability, using the same number per country. -- If any issues with country regulations, we need workarounds/alternatives. - Country coverage: Philippines, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. - Setup of local numbers (one per country) shared across 10 agents. - Inbound calls should be routed randomly to any available agent. - Preferred platforms: Aircall and Twilio. - Must be able to integrate natively with Zendesk for ticketing and support workflows. - Open to alternative suggestions if they are cost-effective, scalable, and meet all requirements.
