About the role
Shepcomm Pty. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Technician to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the maintenance and installation of telecommunication infrastructure across the region.

What you'll be doing
• Performing 5G upgrades, commissioning and decommissioning for all carriers - TPG, Optus and Telstra
• Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on telecommunication towers, antennas, and related equipment
• Undertaking the installation of new telecommunication infrastructure as required
• Carrying out safety inspections and identifying potential hazards or risks
• Collaborating with the wider technical team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Maintaining detailed records and reporting on all work completed
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards

What we're looking for
• Proven experience as a telecommunications Technician with 2+ years minimum of TPG experience
• Technical qualifications in telecommunications or a related field
• Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication towers and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Strong safety consciousness and the ability to work at heights
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to worksites as required
