Telecommunication Technician (FULL TIME)
Location: Cammeray NSW 2062

Macs As New requires a qualified Telecommunication Technician.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Inspecting, testing, configuring and calibrating telecommunication equipment
• investigation of electronic components for Root Cause on Apple Devices
• conduct Failure Analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving to effective repairs including hardware
• Preform assembly techniques using soldering iron and standard hand tools
• Ensure telecommunication devices integrate smoothly, conferencing solutions, and collaboration platforms.
• Provide technical assistance to clients on using Apple products within telecom networks.
• Implement Apple’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for telecom-related security and updates.
• Assist customers about technical queries, solution and device selection
• Reporting Monthly KPI measurements and trends

Annual salary $83,500 plus super
The successful candidate must have full working rights in Australia with;
• Knowledge in the use of electronic test equipment’s use in telecommunication repairs
• Strong knowledge of electronic principles
• Excellent Soldering Skills
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Strong communications and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Minimum one year of work experience in a similar role (with Apple products are highly preferred)
