  • Atwell is looking for a Technology Services Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Technology Services team. This is a hybrid role for our Orlando, Florida office. In this role, you’ll be a go-to partner for Atwell employees across the country, helping them solve technical challenges, stay productive, and leverage technology to deliver excellence for our clients.   • What You’ll Do

As a Technology Services Systems Analyst, you will

  • Provide responsive and professional support for technical requests via phone, in-person, and electronic channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, account, and printer issues.
  • Install and support approved software applications, including Autodesk and other company-standard tools.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Set up and deploy workstations, networks, printers, and mobile devices (cell phones, iPads, laptops).
  • Maintain security protocols for passwords, data integrity, and file systems in alignment with company policies.
  • Help manage IT asset inventory and track deployments across the company.
  • Log all tasks in the company’s support system and follow established support procedures.
  • Stay up to date on system updates, infrastructure changes, and new technologies.
  • Take initiative to lead projects, collaborate with teams, and drive results with limited direction.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing technical support in a corporate environment.
  • Strong networking knowledge and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Autodesk products is a plus.
  • Extreme attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
