About the role: This role is centered on delivering exceptional service across a wide range of industries. As a Technician Service Representative, you’ll take a hands-on, customer-focused approach to supporting our operations in key sectors including Retail, Food Service, Inflight Catering, Hospitality, Healthcare, Distribution, and Building Service Contractors (BSC) Travel is a significant part of this role, so flexibility and reliability are essential. Key responsibilities: Conduct monthly customer service visits and respond to service calls, breakdowns, and repairs Perform installations, preventative maintenance, and equipment refurbishments Deliver customer training and ensure sign-off on installations and onboarding Maintain accurate Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and serviceable Field Test Kits and toolkits Monitor product usage and stock levels, reporting discrepancies to the State Manager Build strong relationships with Store Managers, Area Coaches, and Regional teams Address customer needs and complaints within defined timeframes Support new store rollouts and ensure minimal disruption during installations Attend in-house training sessions and adhere to company policies and safety standards About you: Attention to detail and accuracy Effective planning, prioritization, and execution Independent thinker with sound reasoning and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work without supervision Personable and collaborative team player Skilled in client communication and relationship-building Proficient in documentation and training delivery Capable of conducting product application training If you're passionate about service, thrive in a hands-on role, and enjoy working independently while making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
