Alto Group is located in Artarmon, Pennant Hills, Blacktown, Macarthur and Central Coast dealing with brands; AUDI, MG, ISUZU UTE, JAGUAR, LAND ROVER, MITSUBISHI, SKODA, TOYOTA, VOLKSWAGEN, and CUPRA.

Alto Group is currently looking for technical sales representative to join their team. Right candidate must be a motivated individual who is committed to increasing clients’ satisfaction of services offered by company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound sales for the parts department
Providing excellent customer service to inbound calls by providing quotes, product information and support.
Maintaining our customer database
Delivering outstanding customer service
Servicing existing client, identifying new customers and business opportunities
Keeping external customers informed of current offers, promotions, and sales.
Negotiation contracts, preparing quotations and ensuring execution of contracts.
Ensuring that your targets and sales objectives are met.
Preparing sales reports to management

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
Relevant qualification
At least 2 years relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly developed communication skills with ability to collaborate productively and professionally with all levels of people.
Reliable and proactive
