Responsibilities:

• Create technical and process documentation with accuracy and consistency
• Translate discussions and high-level input into clear, actionable requirements and artefacts
• Prepare POC, Pilot, and RFQ documentation, including scope, objectives, success criteria, and technical requirements
• Prepare tender packs with functional and technical requirements, supporting artefacts (e.g., architecture diagrams, current/future state documentation) and assist with vendor technical Q&A and evaluations
• Perform gap analysis and document current- and future-state processes, systems, data flows, and integration points (ETL, APIs, Cloud)
• Proficient in creating technical documentation such as process maps, swim-lane diagrams, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications using tools like Visio and Confluence.
