On behalf our client, Galati Group Pty Ltd are looking Business Analyst to supports the IT and Business Operations teams by translating business needs into technical requirements and contributing to the continuous improvement of enterprise systems, including ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), HRIS, and WMS. This role offers hands-on exposure to system implementation, user support, data analysis, and project coordination within a dynamic retail environment.

Duties :
- Analysing and optimising business processes across enterprise systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP), Humanforce (HRIS), and WMS.
- Support the gathering, documentation, and validation of business requirements and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Warehouse, HR, IT) to ensure alignment between system features and operational needs.
- Participate in UAT planning, test execution, and issue tracking using Azure DevOps
- Maintain system documentation, process flows, and change logs
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support system rollouts
- Provide training and support to end users when new systems are implemented
- Monitor system performance and suggest continuous improvements
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirement

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of ERP/HRIS systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central or Humanforce.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or data visualisation tools is advantageous.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary : from 76, 515 to 95,00 / per annum
