Real Time Australia is seeking an experienced Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. Purpose of the Role

To manage and deliver the end-to-end recruitment process within the technology sector, connecting skilled candidates with client requirements and contributing to Real Time’s growth through successful placements, contractor engagement, and strong client relationship development.

Outcomes

Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle, including job briefings, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and placement of candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their workforce requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Develop and manage a network of qualified technology professionals within relevant markets.
Prepare job advertisements and assess applications to ensure candidate suitability for specific roles.
Negotiate offers and employment terms between clients and candidates, ensuring successful placements.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records in Real Time’s recruitment systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Learn, implement, and contribute to Real Time’s methodologies, systems, and team culture.
Contribute to innovative recruitment practices and customer offerings that support company growth.
Represent the Real Time brand and professionalism with all key stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring at least 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the technology or professional services sector, along with a strong ability to build lasting client relationships.
