About the Role

Maintain and enhance gardens, lawns, and landscapes across Sydney.

Work independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality results.

Take responsibility for a company vehicle and all necessary equipment.

Play a key role in shaping operational standards and efficiency.

Experienced Gardeners: Develop leadership skills and progress into a Team Leader role.

Team Leaders: Lead a small team, oversee site operations, and contribute to business growth.

Who We’re Looking For

A qualified Team Leader with Certificate III in Horticulture (or related field) OR someone with long-term experience in landscape maintenance.

Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working autonomously.

Strong teamwork and leadership potential.

Someone eager to grow with BLG Landscape Services and adapt to its evolving needs.

Holds a valid driver’s license (required for the company vehicle).
