The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills.


Experience & Qualifications
● 2+ years of progressive experience in a production or technical role within a similar industry.

● Knowledge of manufacturing processes and the technical operation of equipment.

● Previous experience and understanding of process/quality improvement practices.

● Previous experience or broad understanding of safety/environmental systems, guidelines, and policies.

● Previous plastic extrusion experience is highly desirable.


Key Skills & Abilities
● Excellent interpersonal communication and listening ability.

● Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance production and quality needs.

● A strong ability to work with teams and lead decision-making processes in a team environment.

● A strong ability to adapt and be flexible.
