We now have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join APA’s Capital Markets team in Sydney CBD or Melbourne Southbank office on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to a General Manager Capital Markets, you will be playing a vital part in helping APA achieve our business objectives through providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Leadership Team. Key Responsibilities Manage busy calendars for 4 General Managers ensuring their time is allocated efficiently. Raise, manage and process purchase orders, invoices and expense claims; maintain company credit card procedures for your General Managers; provide other administrative support as required. Provide onboarding assistance for General Managers’ direct reports. Coordinate team offsite days and site visits; manage travel bookings for your General Managers. Coordinate team inputs facilitating the submission of board and Executive Committee papers. Actively contribute to the success of the Business Support Team through involvement in continuous improvement projects and provide leave coverage for broader Team and Executive Assistants as required. Your background Previous corporate / administrative experience in highly regarded. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Teams). Strong verbal and written communications skills. Proven experience in a high-performance corporate environment. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with ability to plan.
