As an ECT, you will: Deliver high-quality learning programs aligned with EYLF. Create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Work closely with families and educators to support holistic development. Foster a love for lifelong learning in children aged 3–5 years. What You’ll Need Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent). Current WA Working with Children Check (Employee).
