The Role This is not a sit-back, “post a job ad and pray” recruiter role. You’ll be the engine behind client campaigns — from joining C-level briefings, to designing sourcing strategies, to running outbound headhunting at scale using the latest recruitment automation tools. If you’re the kind of recruiter who thrives on building systems, running automation, and hunting top talent — while also being able to hold your own in client-facing conversations — this is for you. What You’ll Do • Partner with clients directly: Join intake briefings and regular check-ins with founders, hiring managers, and execs to understand roles, teams, and growth campaigns. • Design & run end-to-end campaigns: From market mapping, to outreach strategies, to funnel reporting — you’ll own execution. • Headhunt at scale: Identify, approach, and engage top-tier candidates (globally) who aren’t applying to job ads. • Leverage recruitment automation: Build, run, and optimize campaigns using modern recruitment tech. We expect you to already have a proven process with tools (e.g., Apollo, Gem, SourceWhale, LinkedIn automation, etc.). • Deliver a seamless candidate experience: Screen, qualify, and prep candidates while being an authentic brand ambassador for our clients. • Track & report: Provide data-driven insights and weekly reporting to clients on pipeline, funnel health, and progress. What We’re Looking For • Proven Headhunter / Recruiter (3+ years): Experience running full-cycle recruitment for startups, scaleups, or fast-growth tech companies. • Client-facing confidence: You’ve been in the (virtual) room with founders, hiring managers, and execs — and you know how to ask the right questions. • Recruitment automation mastery: You must already run outbound recruitment campaigns with automation tools. In your application, outline your end-to-end process (tools, steps, workflows). • Fluent English (spoken & written): Non-negotiable. You’ll be client-facing and candidate-facing daily. • Systems thinker + executor: You love building processes, but you also roll up your sleeves to run the actual searches. • Global mindset: Experience recruiting across multiple geographies is a plus.
