In this role, you’ll be the engine behind smooth onboarding experiences, meaningful candidate aftercare, and the delivery of early career programs. You’ll also work closely with internal and external teams to elevate the candidate journey and streamline our TA processes. This is a permanent role based in Altona, with occasional travel interstate. How you’ll make an impact Champion the operational delivery of our Graduate, Internship, and Work Experience Programs, plus day-to-day recruitment support. Own the onboarding experience for new One Toyota employees, ensuring a seamless transition in partnership with other key stakeholders. Conduct exit interviews and share valuable insights to help shape our employee experience. Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external providers to ensure programs align with business needs. Provide ad hoc support to the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging team on business-critical projects.
