Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing effective information systems that support and streamline business operations. Your strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities will help drive efficiency and performance across our systems. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in systems analysis and a solid understanding of current technology trends.

Responsibilities:
Conducting requirement analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems
Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met
Working closely with colleagues to provide IT solutions for internal and external clients
Providing training material and user manuals to users of new systems
Drawing up, supervising, and documenting testing schedules for complete systems
Planning and working flexibly to meet deadlines
Supporting users on change control and system updates
Meeting with multiple clients and key stakeholders
Creating project and costing reports
Developing financial project plans to support and lead the implementation of software solutions
Working with our clients to deploy system deliverables and train personnel across systems resources
Examining existing IT systems and business models
Analysing financial and marketing system requirements
Configuring automated processes using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand
Designing financial platforms and financial solutions

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven organisation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights and system requirements
Proficiency in system analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as process modelling, data flow diagrams, and use case scenarios
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data integration principles
Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly and concisely
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $70,000 to $120,000 per year + Super
